- Do I have to start with the Diagnostic?
- The Diagnostic is the entry point. It is a paid engagement at $3,000, one time, with a fixed scope and a fixed deliverable. It is not a free consultation, and it is not a sales call. You end up with your numbers reviewed, a dashboard built on them, and a cash flow forecast.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- Your general ledger and your QuickBooks exports. Every figure in the reporting traces back to a source in your books. Nothing is estimated to fill a gap.
- Why does the monthly pricing say "From"?
- Monthly engagements are scoped to the business. $4,000 per month is the floor for Fractional CFO work, and the final figure depends on the volume of transactions, the number of entities, and how much modelling and board reporting the work involves. You get the figure in writing before anything starts.
- What actually happens each month?
