Consultations and Services

Meicho Consulting Inc. provides fractional CFO services and business consulting. Booking a consultation through the Site does not create a CPA-client or professional advisory relationship until a formal engagement agreement is signed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including blog posts, articles, tools, calculators, graphics, and branding, is the property of Meicho Consulting Inc. or its content creators and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

User-Provided Information

When you submit information through our forms, calculators, or booking tools, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

QuickBooks Online Integration

By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to our CFO Dashboard, you authorize Meicho Consulting Inc. to access your accounting data in read-only mode for the purpose of generating financial dashboards and reports. You may disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of data provided by QuickBooks Online.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meicho Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on any content, tools, or services provided through the Site.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
