Why quarterly instead of monthly?

Most operators running $500K-$5M businesses are in the trenches. Biweekly calls end up covering the same ground. Quarterly gives you time to execute, see results, and come back with real data to work with. You get more value from two focused sessions than eight status updates.

What does the commitment look like?

$2,500 per quarter, paid at the start of each quarter. Minimum commitment is two quarters (6 months). After that, it renews quarterly with 30 days notice to cancel. No long-term lock-in.

What if I need more support than quarterly?

If quarterly isn't enough, you can step up to a monthly fractional CFO retainer. Think of the quarterly package as a starting point. If your business needs more frequent attention, we upgrade. You'll never pay for more than you need.

How is this different from hiring an accountant?
